On the day of arrival, your room is available to you from 2.00 p.m.
On the day of departure, we kindly request you to vacate the room by 11.00 a.m.
The revenue from the obligational tourism tax of € 3.00 per person (children and youngsters under 15 years of age are exempt from this charge) is used for expanding and maintaining infrastructure and services, and also for organising cultural and sporting events in the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena.
In general, we try to accomadate you in the event of a cancellation. If no other arrangements have been made the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellations until 30 days prior to arrival are free of charge. For cancellations at a later date we charge 70 % of the total booking price. For no-shows we charge 100 % of the total booking price.
When making a reservation, a deposit of 30 % of the booking amount is due. This deposit must be paid within 5 days after confirmation of booking. The consequence of non-receipt of the deposit is a tacit cancellation of the reservation. The remaining balance can be paid upon departure in cash or by credit card (Maestro, Visa or Mastercard or American Express).

You can bring your dog with you. For accommodating your pet we charge Euro 27.00 per day. Please bring your own basket or blanket, and note that it is not allowed to bring your dog to the restaurant or the wellness area. In the bar area and the hotel lobby you can bring your dog. We reserve the right to make an additional charge for a final cleaning of the room.
