In our large hotel garden, you cannot only find room for relaxing moments, and our wonderful Infintiy Rock Pool, but we have also reserved a spot to grow some of the aromatic herbs used in our kitchen. They are lovingly tended, and in summer we often admire the intense fragrance and flavour, happily picking the leaves and blossoms, that make their way from the garden directly to your plate.

Freshly picked it underlines the taste of the dishes and boasts exciting flavours. But also in the rest of our hotel – like in our spa – you will meet some of the herbs growing in our herb garden.
