The head chef of Hotel Spielmann followed the calling of our kitchen concept, as showcasing best, locally-sourced ingredients has always been his commitment. He is passionate about expressing his creativity, his ideas and his experience in the international gastronomy through inventive, seasonal dishes, cooking his way into the hearts of our guests.
