As everywhere in our new everyday life, rules for the safety of all of us now also apply on holiday. These include increased hygiene measures in front of and behind the scenes.

From the 15th May 2022 all entry restrictions imposed due to the pandemic have been lifted. As of this day, 3G proof is no longer required upon entry.

The well-being and health of our guests and employees are our top priority. That is why, of course, we adhere to strict hygiene measures. Still, you will see that your holidays will be carefree. That the experiences are special and the moments precious.

We cooperate with the doctor’s office "Medizinische Versorgung Ehrwald", who perform PCR and antigen tests quickly and reliably. They can analyse the data in their own laboratory (against a fee). In the best case you receive the results within an hour.

Cleanliness and hygiene have always been important and part of our promise of quality. We disinfect surfaces and touch points several times a day. The members of our staff regularly sanitize their hands and for our guests we provide hand sanitizers everywhere in the hotel.

The spacious layout of our restaurant offers enough opportunity to keep the required distance. You can get your salad from the buffet yourself or let us serve you the starter.

All our Spa facilities, including the Rock Pool and Stadl SPA, are open. We value the required distance in all public areas and also appeal to your personal responsibility – especially in the wellness area.

Strict hygiene measures are taken in the ski and hiking area of the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena too, to guarantee carefree holidays .
